Return and Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
Hair care products and final sale items
For health and hygiene reasons, hair care products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@soulanature.com. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except if the item is defective or if we made an error with the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
